Hybrid Mattress Motorised Storage Bedframe Bundle
This Bundle is the perfect sleep solution for you. The mattress has a hybrid design that combines the support of latex with the comfort of memory foam, while the motorised storage bedframe makes it easy to get in and out of bed via one button with German motorised hydraulic system. The adjustable bed with AI SMART alarm will slowly raise you to a preset position when it's time for you to rise up.
Tencel™ and other fabrics used are tested by OEKO-TEX 100 that it meets the rigorous requirement that it is free from harmful substances, The more intensive the skin contact of a product and the more sensitive the skin, the stricter the human-ecological requirements that need to be complied with. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX is an independent product label and fabrics to the ready-to-use items that you can buy in the shops. It is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. Textile products are awarded the STANDARD 100 label if on the basis if the extensive OEKO-TEX criteria catalogue, they have been successfully tested by one of the OEKO-TEX member institutes for chemicals that pose a health risk, and therefore contribute to an effective consumer protection.
The foam in the bedding or upholstered furniture has been tested to meet CertiPUR-US rigorous standards for emissions, content, performance, and durability. Specifically, the foam is:
-Made without ozone depleters
-Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEO("Tris") flame retardants
-Made without mercury, lead and heavy metals
-Made without formaldehyde
-Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
-Low VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)
100% Natural Latex from Thailand are tested by Eco-Institut Germany Gmbh to be free from hazardous emission and component. Our 100% natural latex is sourced from tree-tapped and sustainable latex sources in Thailand. Our latex is grown using only organic fertilizers. The finished latex is tested and certified for hazardous emissions by the Eco-Institut - an international product testing and quality assurance company. The Eco-Institut evaluates the latex for an extensive list of chemicals including: formaldehyde, VOCS(Volatile Organic Compounds), heavy metals, pesticides, phthalates, dust mite resistance and other potentially harmful chemicals.

2-Year Hassle Free Warranty
Your adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During such time, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser, any warranted part(s)* found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorised labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.
5-Year Warranty on Parts
During year 3 through 5 from the original purchase date, the manufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/mechanical part(s)* ONLY with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s).
10-Year Limited Warranty
6th to 10th years - customer to pay 80% of any charges to parts, labor, transport.
Notwithstanding the above, the manufacturer extends a 10-year warranty on mechanical base parts found to be defective on a limited basis as defined herein. Specifically, the manufacturer warrants that for a full 10 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used shall be covered. For purposes of this 10-year warranty, it specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator lift motors, massage motors, control box, power supply, and all power supply cords. The purchaser shall pay 80% of the current Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The manufacturer's liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) ONLY with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight costs for said part.
This limited warranty does not cover or apply:
- To any damage caused to the adjustable bed base by the purchaser;
- If there has been any unauthorized repair or replacement of the adjustable base or parts;
- If the adjustable base has been mishandled whether in transit or by other means, subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any way inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner's Manual, this limited warranty, and any other applicable document published or approved by Affairs Living Pte Ltd;
- In relation to damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords, or items supplied by dealers (also known as retailers or resellers);
- If there have been any unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home setup calls solely for the purpose of educating the purchaser about the adjustable base and/or for finding an unsatisfactory power connection.

It was almost midnight on a public holiday and after watching tv I realised the bed couldn't be adjusted back to sleeping position so how are we going to sleep?! Panicked and worried i went to Bedding Affairs website to look for their contact number and hopefully they can come the next day to fix it.
From their website there's this whatsapp contact and so I dropped them a text explaining the problem i faced and seek their help for the following day. To my surprised someone responded to my text within 5mins and guided me step by step and eventually got the bed functioning again!! Turn out I accidentally child locked the remote and therefore it couldn't function.
