Delivery is FREE for purchases above S$ 99 in one single receipt and to one location. (Within Singapore only)
For purchases below S$ 99, there will be a flat delivery charge of S$ 4.99 per location. This additional surcharge will be reflected during checkout.
Delivery times
3 to 5 business days for delivery. Due to the Covid19 situation, delivery companies are facing manpower shortage during this period. Delivery time is from Mon to Fri, 10am to 10pm.
Deliveries on weekends and public holidays can be arranged on a case to case basis. You can select the preferred date and time that you wish to have your order delivered. We will get in touch with you should we require more time to get your order sorted. It will usually take 3 business days.

3 hours express / Same day delivery (weekday and weekends, non bulky items only)
Free 3 hours express delivery if you spend over S$499 or S$25 flat rate for order under S$499 purchase in a single receipt. It is only available on weekdays and Saturday except Sunday & public holiday. You can select this option during checkout before payment.
Free same day delivery if you spend over S$299 or S$12.90 flat rate for order under S$299 purchase in a single receipt. It is only available on weekdays except weekend & public holiday. You can select this option during checkout before payment.
International Orders
International orders are sent with DHL, UPS, Ninjavan, SingPost and other international shipping option. The estimated shipping fees are shown when you checkout your cart. We do not ship via express to PO boxes. The customer responsibility to pay the difference in shipping cost if the courier company later increases the shipping fee.
We do not take any responsibility for any delay or lost items in transits during delivery.
All orders placed and paid after 12pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week.
We take 1 business day to process the order before it is shipped out of our fulfillment center.
We do random credit card checks occasionally for security purposes for ordered paid by credit cards.

Please note that all additional delivery-related charges, including restocking and removal fees as listed on our website, are inclusive of GST.
Our dedicated team of professional movers will handle your items with care, transporting them to your home or office. They will then expertly assemble and install your furniture according to your preferences.
Should you have old furniture to dispose of, take advantage of our removal service for a nominal fee.
Our team will responsibly remove your unwanted items, ensuring they are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. This leaves you with more space and less clutter in your home or office.
What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?
If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier company will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.
Why did my order take longer than the stipulated timing?
We do our best to ensure every order gets delivered as planned. However, there are factors that may cause delivery delays from our courier partners. We seek your understanding in this matter and you can rest assure that we seek to minimise such delays. Please note that we are not held liable for any delay in delivery that is not within our control.
Returns & Exchanges
There is strictly no return or refund on all purchases with the exception of manufacturer’s defects. Items with manufacturer’s defects must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. This can be exchanged for a similar value item or refunded at the purchase price. The refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment mode, for example, to be credited back to your PayPal account or bank account.
Delivery charges and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional delivery charges incurred are to be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on used merchandise or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
How to return a defective item?
Please email our Customer Service at askme@affairs.sg indicating the reason for return and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund of the item. Proper documentation is needed from us before any return/refund can be performed online.
What is the return policy for the MattX™ Mattress?
Please note that the 30-Night Trial Policy is exclusively applicable to the MattX™ Mattress.
If within the first 30 nights of receiving your new MattX™ Mattress, you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund by email us at askme@affairs.sg with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that if you purchase multiple quantities of a single product, you are eligible to return only ONE of those products within the trial period.
- Your returned mattress will likely be donated to charity. If a pickup is required, Affairs Living will cover the related charges within Singapore. However, we cannot accommodate international shipping and logistics; therefore, your product must be within Singapore to utilize the 30-Night Trial Policy. There are no fees deducted from your refund, and you will receive 100% of your money back. However, you will be charged $90 for delivery through our logistic partner, which is non-refundable. Additional charges may be incurred if your residence lacks lift access, in which case the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If any freebies have been used, they will be charged at the original selling price minus 20%. If unused and in original condition, they will be returned without further charges. Once we’ve collected and assessed the mattress, your payment will be refunded.
- The 30-Night Trial begins on the date you receive your product, whether by delivery or self-collection. This applies to both in-stock items and preorders. To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase, and you must be available at the scheduled pickup time. The pickup address must match the delivery address.
- If you’re unreachable or do not respond to our contact attempts after the 30-Night Trial period, you will no longer be eligible for a return. The 30-Night Trial is limited to one product per household and cannot be used to exchange for a different size or product. Returns are not eligible for size changes or incorrect orders.
- Products that are damaged or stained will not qualify for a return or refund. The mattress must be returned in good condition and securely wrapped in its original plastic (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transportation. If not properly wrapped, a compensation fee for cleaning and repair will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed after the mattress is received at one of our warehouses or associated charities and will be credited back to the original payment method.
